Jubilee Tower Credit Union have been informed that Engage has recently been acquired by Suits Me Limited www.suitsmecard.com.
This means that unless you choose to close your account during the 60-day notice period provided by Engage, your account balance will be transferred to a new Suits Me card and account on Monday 13th January 2025. Account holders will receive a new debit card, and new sort code and account number. Once received, you must update your account details with anyone who pays into your Engage account, such as DWP, HMRC or your employer, and update any companies you pay by Direct Debit. Any payments made to Engage after the 13th January 2025 will fail/ bounce back to the sender.
As part of the transfer, Suits Me will place each customer on the most cost-effective of their three pricing plans, based on their Engage card usage. Additionally, Suits Me will guarantee that for the first 12 weeks with Suits Me fees charged will not be more than account holders would have been under Engage. Once your Suits Me account is active you will be able to move to a different price plan if you wish.

If you do not wish for your Engage account to transfer over to Suits Me, you must find an alternative bank account before 13th January 2025. Jubilee Tower Credit Union can provide statements for active members to assist with this.
Please note that Jubilee Tower Credit Union does not have a relationship with Suits Me and can't recommend whether this option is the best fit for your needs. Jubilee Tower Credit Union will not have supported access to your Suits Me account and will be unable to assist with account inquiries after the transfer.
