How to Find Us

Please note: Our office has now moved to 10-11 Market Street.

Our Darwen office

Our main Darwen office is based just in the heart of Darwen Town Centre and is easy to find by foot, public transport or car.

Coming by public transport?

Because of our closeness to Darwen Town Centre, our office can be easily visited by bus or train.

If arriving by bus, exit the bus at Darwen Circus bus stop. Turn towards the market and town hall and head towards Market Street. We are on the second run of shops a short walk down.

If arriving by train, follow Railway Road towards Darwen Town Centre, then turn right onto Knott Street and immediately left onto School Street. Walk down past Asda and Iceland, then turn right onto Market Street.

Coming by car?

There is plenty of free car parking around Darwen that you can make use of if travelling to see us by car. Parking a short walk from our office includes the Market Car Park, Foundry Street Car Park and Varley Street Car Park, as well as limited spaces on Railway Road, Duckworth Street and Market Street.

Outreach Sessions - CURRENTLY CLOSED

We'll come to you!

We run a number of outreach sessions around Blackburn, meaning you don't have to travel to Darwen to see us. Most services can be accessed at our Outreach sessions including, paying into savings, requesting withdrawals, applying for loans and signing up to become a member.

Blackburn Town Hall

We visit Blackburn Town Hall three days a week. Our current sessions at Blackburn Town Hall are:

Mondays: 9:30am - 12:30pm

Wednesdays: 12pm - 2pm

Fridays: 9:30am - 12:30pm

Blackburn Job Centre Plus

We visit Blackburn Job Centre Plus two days a weeks. Our current sessions at Blackburn Job Centre Plus are:

Tuesdays: 12pm-2pm

Thursdays: 9:30am - 11am

Please note, we cannot process Family Loan applications at Blackburn Job Centre Plus.

Community Centres

We visit a number of community bases across Blackburn throughout the week. Our current coummunity based sessions are:

Monday - Livesey Children's and All Age Centre 11:45am - 1pm

Tuesday - Mill Hill Community Centre 9am - 10:30am

Thursday - Highcroft Tenants and Residents' Base - 10:45am-11:30am

Thursday - Whitebirk Tenants and Residents' Base - 12pm -1:30pm

Friday - Shadsworth Children's Centre - 12:45pm - 1:30pm
